Job Summary:

As the Product Owner, you will oversee the development from start to finish to ensure On-Time-Delivery of our software-as-a-service product meet and exceed our customer expectation and sustain its market leading position. Main duties include leading the executions of the vision of products, managing backlog items, prioritize features, EPICs, bugs, and backlog items, update acceptance criteria, track and report velocity, guide teams to deliver according to definition-of-done, and ensure the quality of the software deployed and services offered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the product to be delivered, on-time and high quality
  • Work with Product Manager(s) on product vision, roadmap, market opportunity, competitor tracking and ROI assessments
  • Providing clear communication of visions and directions to the Agile development teams, and stakeholders throughout the process
  • Plan, refine and prioritize product feature backlog
  • Help Scrum teams improve team velocity, predictable delivery and proper prioritization
  • Work with Scrum teams to plan, commit and deliver software features
  • Help remove impediments, and maintain healthy backlog for Scrum teams
  • Work with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and operation
  • Build and maintain Definition-of-Done and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure product quality meets Acerta standards and excel in comparison to our competitors
  • Co-lead the initiative to improve Agile Scrum practice


  • Minimum 2 years Experience as a Product Owner within a Scrum team
